We are strengthening our team with a Sales Manager

to develop and build our sales with main sector focus in Automotive and Logistics.

You will be responsible for sales activities and building Forciot partner network internationally. You will be implementing Forciot sales strategy as well as sales operations together with the Sales team. Contacting and interfacing with B2B customers, defining sales and action plans for demand and lead generation form a key part of your duties. Your goal is to build our business further with OEMs and Tier 1 companies in Automotive and Logistics industries. You will also participate in developing existing clients’ businesses and actively look for new clients and business opportunities internationally. Together with customers and the sales team, you will analyze and define the customer concept requirements and plan applicable solutions and cooperation with Forciot tech team. You will work closely together with the rest of the sales team, marketing, business development as well as with the tech and R&D team and provide solutions for our clients.

We expect you to have previous experience in sales operations (e.g. offer preparation) and a basic understanding of applicable technologies e.g. SW, HW, electronics, sensors, IoT. You are skilled in modern sales processes, and you have very good skills in consultative technical solutions sales. You have great negotiating skills and understanding of contract and terms forming. Sector experience of Forciot client industries e.g. Automotive is considered as advantageous. Most importantly you have energy and passion to serve customers by providing solutions that match their needs. Your approach is active as well as customer- and result-oriented, and you communicate fluently in English. German skills are seen as an advantage. The work requires travelling. Applicable educational background (e.g. technology or business) is also appreciated.
